Summary: I would not buy this printer. I have had several problems with this Printer. I purchased it about 1 1/2 years ago. Twice the printer says it cannot communicate with The computer. Would not recommend purchasing it.
Summary: This is the worst piece of junk that I have bought.Thought I got a great deal when I bought it on sale for $49.00.I had to print a 45 page doc, and ran out of ink 2/3 of the way through.Bought more ink then pages printed with squares all over page.Scanning software sucks, still won't print clean pages.I'll give this to ex wife.
Summary: Product hasn't worked properly since i got it. I thought i just needed more ink because it wouldnt print but its the printer. it won't commnicate with my computer and I did everything possible that the guide told me to do.I really wish i could send this back .I spent $100 on ink i didn't need.
Summary: I received this printer with my Dell desktop purchase as a bundle deal. My old HP one just wasn't cutting it anymore. I'm actually very surprised to see so many negative reviews! I've had a few issues with it here and there, but nothing major. I think the biggest one I've had is that sometimes when I'm trying to print from my Mac, I have to completely restart the printer. The scan function is awesome, as is the copy one.
Summary: I purchased this printer from Dell with my new computer it works wonderful my old hp took more ink. dell printer- picture come out great but I mostly use this for grandsons home work and recits for my on line purchases I have not used it for the wireless feature I was very pleased to get one does nice job for cheap price it does not like just few sheets paper seems do best if the tray fully loaded
Summary: Don't waste your money on this junk. I originally bought this printer (and new laptop) for my college-bound daughter. But when it arrived, it was so big and bulky, we decided to get her a nice little HP printer instead, and I opted to keep the Dell. I don't print that much, but it seemed like I went through the startup cartridges really fast. I attributed that to 'they were startup cartridges and probably didn't have normal capacity'.
Summary: I have owned the Dell V313w for around a year now, and got it as a bundle package from the Dell website while ordering a new laptop. I figured that with the laptop, the ability to print from anywhere in the house would be a nice perk, so I figured why not try it? Installation was fairly simple. Following the step-by-step provided made it very easy and pretty quick to setup. The first day was probably the best time to use it, since it was the only time it worked.
Summary: The printer prints just fine but runs out of ink very quickly. The printer also stops functioning when the color cartridge run dry and will not print in black only. Printer cartridges are way over priced.
Summary: I wish I could give it zero stars and still rate it. I got this in October 2010, convinced by a Dell salesman that it was a great deal and added as a last-minute item with the phone order of a wireless laptop. I regretted it by January 2011. The wireless feature stopped working and it wouldn't print. Even with a USB connected, it still doesn't actually print or copy about 80% of the time. I have to physically turn it off, then reboot my laptop to get it to work.
