Check manufacturing date. Nice printer.

  • Summary: No problems with printer. I use it in my home office. Relatively quiet to me. I haven't gone through cartridges enough yet to judge how long they last. Print quality excellent. One thing I wish I would haven known before I bought it, is to ask the seller when it was manufactured. There is a number on the inside of the panel which, when entered into the Dell website, will state date of manufacture.

It is just great! Easy to use

  • Summary: It is just great! Easy to use, compact with no concern , as in the past with the HP printer of the drawer not being closed. I had to hold door to get the printing completed. The problem was , initially, the printer was misused which led to this problem Now that can not happen as this printer is user friendly even to the most inept.. with not front door either.

  • Summary: No complaints. It was easy to set up as a WiFi printer using the WPS system. The printed output is excellent for my uses and I could not be happier for the price.

Great Printer for the price.

  • Excerpt: My dinosaur laser printer finally died just before Christmas. I was looking for an all in one laser, that wasn't too spendy. Even though there was a bad review... the price seemed worth the risk, after all I could return it. I have used this printer for 6 months now. I am very glad I took the risk! Clear prints. Easy scanning. I have had to replace the black toner for a big printing job, and changing it out was easy.

Love this printer

TexasBandMom, Dell

  • Summary: I was offered a package deal to buy this printer when I purchased my new Dell laptop. I was not in love with my old ink jet printer so I said 'yes'. This printer is easy to learn; prints, copies, scans and faxes (I don't do fax), but I do use everything else. The best feature is that laser ink does not run or smear if it gets wet.

Great printer for the money

  • Summary: I read all the reviews before I made this purchase. As far as setup, I could not have been easier. wifi was a snap just had to enter my network password and I was connected. The print quality is pretty nice, very clean, crisp and color is spot on. As far as the printer taking thicker paper, all you have to do is setup up your fuser height in setup for the type of paper you are using.

Purchased to replace a single purpose Dell Laser Jet and HP Scanner

Husky101, Amazon
13 May 2014
  • Summary: Works great, you can purchase for just about the cost of a full set of toners for my old 2130cn, which is still working great, it just need all new toners. This MFC is actually smaller and lighter than the 2130CN. It doesn't hold as much paper as the 2130 but for my small office that I run out of my home it is perfect.
