Paper jam galore... and don't even think about duplex.

Summary: The scanning feature works great, but the biggest downside is the paper feed mechanism for the printer. It loves grabbing multiple sheets at a time. Because the sheets are generally staggered, it constantly misaligns the printed page to be far off-center or even split across two pages.
Summary: Replaced a dinosaur, 100+ lb, old laser/toner copier with this unit. It impressed everybody with the quality, connectivity as a computer scanner/printer, 2-sided everything easily, and the guy who installed it loved its 42 lb. package.
Summary: Used this printer moderately for 2 years, no more than 2,000-6,000 pages/month, given it's rating at 80,000 ppm figured it would last longer. Summary: We use this printer every day for anywhere from 200-2000 pages a day, and we have nothing but problems. Paper jams occur all the time everywhere inside the printer all day. Its awful!! The other functions work great ( fax, scan, etc.) but don't print anything!
Summary: WE HATE THIS PRINTER. Two of us share it. Every single time something is put into the MP tray a message pops up asking if we want to use something beside the default. We always hit "no", but it takes several tries before the screen accepts our answer and then will print.
