Summary: Poor technical support (waste of time) Seems like Dell just recycles these printers!!!Under warranty will send you someone else's defective/returned piece.. More waste of time interms of uninstalling, sending it back, and reinstalling a new one....
Summary: I get nowhere near 6000 pages on a cartridge. When the "toner low" warning comes up, you stop recieving faxes altogether until you replace the cartridge. If you type in a fax number prior to it warming up, you lose the number and have to retype it. It does print and copy a lot of pages quickly but the software is crap on it. I also only get about 18 months out of it in my restaurants. Going to be looking for something else next time one breaks.
Summary: This was networked but every 3-4 months the network quit and the only way to reset was to install the software again, this is a 15 minute process. I think the network quit every time I got an adobe update. Finally I linked up through a long USB connecter, no more issues. I print envelopes often, but this thing will just wrinkle #10 envelops to the point where the return address is not legible. Wish I bought something else.
Great printer in theory, but too many internal issues.

Summary: The specs are great and we got it for a reasonable price originally (in 2008). It performed perfectly for about the first 8-9 months. Luckily we had an extra long warranty for what was to come. After those 9 months, we changed the printer approximately 5 times, that is not an exaggeration. Every single time we got a new printer, within 4 months we had to change it again for a new one through the warranty.
