Summary: Best color printer I have ever used! Had an issue with paper feeding but was repaired quickly under warrantee. Quality of print is unbelievable - printed photos are as good as anything short of a professional inkjet printer. Regular text is sharp. Just finished several of the "sample" toner cartridges included with printer after a month's printing - lets see how long regular cartidges last (they look pretty small).
Summary: It's so hard to find a good quality color laser multifunction. After suffering with a Brother color laser for 3 years, it was such a relief to have a printer that works. The print quality is good, and I can sit with my laptop in the living room and print in the den, without worrying that the paper is jammed or the toner has exploded all over the printer and paper. I've had the Dell for four months. No jams and the starter toner cartridge is still going strong.
Summary: Gorgeous publishing quality prints. Fast, with lots of bells and whistles. Duplex printing, relatively quiet, and readily available do-it-yourself toner refills that make for printing costs less than inkjet. What's not to like?
Summary: I have now had this printer for about a month and it is working like a charm. I have printed Cardstock, Envelopes and Plain Paper. I have used the Scanner, Copier, Printer, and Duplicator functions and configured it as a network printer. I need to purchase and add the optional tray for printing labels regularly..
Summary: A while back I purchased a Dell 1765nfw Color Laserjet multifunction printer. At the time, this was at the top of the pyramid in their printer line. I needed a modestly priced laser to replace a clunky old HP inkjet multifunction which had long since outgrown it's usefulness. While the toner consumption of that printer was on the high side (I knew this going in based on prior reviews), I was very happy with the functional capability and performance of that one.
Summary: I purchased the Dell 2155cdn with a bit of skepticism. I was concerned about the amount of toner and this would use and the expense to replace it. I must say, this is among the best printers I've owned. The toner consumption is modest and the performance is excellent. This machine proves that Dell is serious about competing in the printer business. They've really outdone themselves on this one -- it's top notch.
Summary: I bought this for my finance'; she is a Realtor. She needed a good color laser printer for her advertising and presentations. This beast is just the trick. It's fast with very good resolution for all her printing needs. She scans or faxes contracts with ease! It weighs a ton, so get a sturdy table, desk or platform to put it on. It has good ink management and the ink is fairly inexpensive. This is a great printer and a solid scanner/copier fax.
Summary: What can I say I had been using an old Lexmark X342 mono printer/scanner/all in one. The DELL just blows it away I print color, scan checks into quick-books, print company letterhead and envelopes it does it all...
Summary: I purchased this on the great reviews, set it up and printed some test pages. All seemed great except for a barely-visible light-colored line across some graphics pages. I looked through the docs and eventually emailed Dell customer support. Surprisingly, this turned out to be one of the best parts about the whole experience: I contacted a rep named Joey who guided me through a few diagnostics and then shipped a new print-head device (PHD).
