Terrible customer service and printer causing streaks

Summary: We had the printer for less than six months when it started leaving a faded streak down the right side of the paper. I called technical support (which is based out of the Philippines according to the agent and his supervisor) and gave me the run-around.
Summary: Owned this about a year and I've hated it. DOES NOT DO DUPLEX SCANNING!!! The web configuration page is terrible and non-intuitive. Print Quality is average for color laser, about what I expected. Should have purchased a Canon MF8280Cw for half the cost.
Summary: Best color printer I have ever used! Had an issue with paper feeding but was repaired quickly under warrantee. Quality of print is unbelievable - printed photos are as good as anything short of a professional inkjet printer. Regular text is sharp.
Summary: It's so hard to find a good quality color laser multifunction. After suffering with a Brother color laser for 3 years, it was such a relief to have a printer that works. The print quality is good, and I can sit with my laptop in the living room and print in the den, without worrying that the paper...
Summary: I never write reviews but everyone should be warned that according to Dell your warranty does not start from YOUR date of purchase. The warranty starts from the date Amazon or 3rd party bought it from Dell.
Summary: Gorgeous publishing quality prints. Fast, with lots of bells and whistles. Duplex printing, relatively quiet, and readily available do-it-yourself toner refills that make for printing costs less than inkjet. What's not to like?
Summary: Run away. One of the worst purchases I have made in many years. The print quality is quite nice. The rest is downhill. It requires hours and hours on the phone to set the printer up wirelessly (which requires a separate card so just be aware). The wireless function is iffy.
Summary: I have now had this printer for about a month and it is working like a charm. I have printed Cardstock, Envelopes and Plain Paper. I have used the Scanner, Copier, Printer, and Duplicator functions and configured it as a network printer.
Summary: A while back I purchased a Dell 1765nfw Color Laserjet multifunction printer. At the time, this was at the top of the pyramid in their printer line. I needed a modestly priced laser to replace a clunky old HP inkjet multifunction which had long since outgrown it's usefulness.
