Summary: This printer is a rip-off, so is Dell. I had problems from the start.First the printer would not communicate with the computer. Dell did not send a CD. Dell helped me install the printer, over the phone, and then the real problems began. Now my printer can only work if I turn it on and off.

Summary: I took a gamble on this printer as it was very cheap at the time when I bought it (£75) and I figured that if it lasted three or four years, it would be worth the saving over a more expensive printer.
Problems with Sleep Mode, and awful support from Dell

Summary: Unfortunately there is a widespread issue with this printer which seems to affect most if not all users. When the printer goes into sleep mode (amber light) and the computer is booted up or restarted, the printer is listed as offline in Windows.
Summary: Nach 2 Monaten gab der Drucker seinen Geist auf und zog kein Papier ein. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Dell-Support gestaltete sich lehrreich und zeitintensiv.Der junge Mann vom Support meinte, dass der Drucker nach seiner Servicetag einen Vorbesitzer gehabt hätte und damit kein Neukauf sei.
