Summary: Have had these in the office for a few years now. Reasonably reliable... not rock solid by any means. Some paper jams, one got to where it needs a new fuser, etc etc... but overall ok. I like that it prints quickly once its warmed up. Printing to the networked 1135n is wayyy faster than to the Brother we had. Scans quickly. We only use it for small office use. Scanning documents, not pictures. Got them on sale for cheap. I would never pay $300 for this.
Summary: I bought this brand because of the Dell name, and I had another printer that I love that is also a Dell. I was initially worried about the quality because it is a very inexpensive printer. So, I waited to review this product because I wanted to see how it would perform at my office. I use it for scanning efaxes, network printing, and of course copying. I had one slight problem with the software and my antivirus, but I fixed that and it works better than expected.
Summary: I like this printer! Why three stars? Because it does not come with the USB cord! Granted the USB cord is just couple of bucks but I find it a little inconvenience purchasing a separate component just to make this printer work! Other than that, the functionality is good! It prints, copies and scans really nice and quick! So far it hasn't given me any jamming problems like other reviewers BUT I will post an update as soon as I find anything...
Possibly the worst electronics product I've ever owned

Summary: It may not be possible to overstate how staggeringly bad this printer is. I purchased it directly from Dell a few years ago and honestly, the only thing more embarrassing than its functionality is that for some inexplicable reason, that its managed to stay in my house this long. It really is the perfect combination of god-awful mechanical quality with mediocre software.
Summary: Arrived in a large box:) What you get a a lightly constructed laser all in one printer. There is no user guide/manual. It is a USB compliant printer but no USB cord included. If you down load a users manual from dell you get a gigantic pdf with well over one hundred pages. Dell printer support really sucks when it comes to getting manuals. They don't tell you there is a web site [...] that takes the mystery out of installing the printer.
