Summary: I found this printer to be VERY SLOW on start-up. It clicks and clacks for too long before it finally gets around to printing. BUT my main complaint is the amount of ink the thing drinks. It is a true inkaholic. I was suprised to find that after printing 95% B & W that ALL the ink was used up. Not just black, making the per copy cost outragious.
Excerpt: My line of work demands that I use printers a lot, and I have gone through quite a number of them over the past few years. I have used many different kinds of printers, but so far the ones I like the most are the Canon printers. I have used them over and over again, and with every generation that they produce, I find that the printers are somehow faster, cheaper and generally better.

Pros: Like my prior Canon AIO, this unit is feature rich. It's a great multi-purpose unit for a SOHO. And yes, as others have said, the setup can be improved but the wireless access works great.
Cons: One (very big) complaint - it GUZZLES ink!! 4 sets of ink in less than 1 ream (500 pages) of paper. 90% printing is text with color, 4% mid-quality graphics and 1% photos. Tech Support says duplex uses more, but I've disabled this - see no change!
