Summary: Reason for purchasing printer. 1) solid user reviews, 2) price, 3) low cost of printer cartridges, which can be refilled at Costco. Printer was easy to set up and has performed satisfactorily.
Summary: I am quite satisfied with this 4 in 1 wireless printer. The only problem I experienced was a necessity to turn it on and off several times before it started to print. Otherwise, it works just fine.
Pros: Unboxed and unwrapped the printer and I was off and running. The wireless setup was very intuitive and the unit as a whole is lightweight and easy to move around. Print quality was good for the limited use I need it for and the scanning/copying was fast and decent.
Summary: Easy to set-up, the directions were a little hazy but it didn't cause an issue. Love being able to use this from our iPad. The main downfall is that it is definitely a loud printer! You can easily hear from the other room when it's working.
Summary: I think this printer is easy to use and good quality. It is reasonably priced, which is always a plus. The wireless works well. I'm happy with it after 5 months. If I could change anything, I would get rid of the fax (as most people don't need that functionality anymore) and make it smaller.
Summary: I got this printer not as a replacement, but a supplement to the brother laser printer I already have. It also pretty much replaces my old Epson scanner, which is showing signs of aging. PROS: Amazingly easy to set up. I own a Mac, and it's basically plug n play like most Mac compatible products.
Summary: This printer is suitable for a small home office. It has a simple setup, fast text printing, and good network support with some nifty scanning options, but will take up a lot of space on the desktop and may have some issues with Windows XP machines.
