Good print and scan quality. Comes with little ink and bugs for replacement ink often. Ink costs you.

Summary: I bought this elsewhere but should buy it from Amazon, that way I have protection against DOA and is better for returns. This printer offers good wireless printing (connects to a wireless router then it can be used as normal printers), has good printing and scanning qualities.
Summary: I ordered refilled cartridges from 123 Ink. I bought from them in the past and had no trouble using refilled cartridges with my Pixma MX300. Their services are excellent. This time the cartridges do not fit the printer. I have tried twice and a friend also tried, with no success.
Summary: I've used several different types of multi-function printers over the years. And without a doubt, this is easily the least intuitive one I've ever encountered. Summary: Printer hooked up easily with my MacBook Pro. Also, works perfectly with my airport which was important. Quality leaves a lot to be desired, but for the price of shipping vs. what we paid for the printer, it wouldn't be economical to return it.
Summary: I've owned the MX300 for about two months now. If you're sure about your priorities, this MFP could be fine for you -- it is for me. I mainly print text documents of 5 pages or less for my own use -- I don't need the best text quality.

Excerpt: I first decided to buy this printer because it was one of the only, and by far the cheapest, all in one printer with faxing facilities. It is now available on amazon for £89.99 but when I bought it a year ago it was about £130 which was still very good and also as it was from Argos.
