Good print and scan quality. Comes with little ink and bugs for replacement ink often. Ink costs you.

Summary: I bought this elsewhere but should buy it from Amazon, that way I have protection against DOA and is better for returns. This printer offers good wireless printing (connects to a wireless router then it can be used as normal printers), has good printing and scanning qualities.
Summary: **ONLY GREAT AT THE BEGINNING** I have this printer for 2 yrs now and probably only used it a two months or so. The cartridges are very expensive for such a cheap printer. It uses inks MAD!! Such a bad buy! BUYERS BEWARE!! Plus it does not take after market catridges.
Summary: This printer is CRAP! The canon pixma won't print pdf files. I've tried various workarounds, rebooted the printer, reinstalled the software. customer support was useless. I'm sending it back. No more canon printers for me!
Summary: I bought this product (not from Amazon) in fall of 2008. Within a few months, paper kept jamming and it would not print. I tried all the troubleshooting tips (roller cleaning, etc.) and nothing helped. I called Canon and they authorized repair.
Summary: Not sure about that. I was buying inspired by good reviews here.
Pros: LCD menu is useful to do things without computer. It is rather fast.
Cons: Bad color print quality, never (not even once) loaded paper by itself. Drivers provide excessive interface and tell me - why do we need so many programs installed to connect and use just one simple scanner/printer?
Summary: I purchased one of these as a gift for someone about a year ago. Now I bought one for myself. PROS: The print speed and quality is flawless. The scan quality and speed is also good. The flatbed lid of the scanner lifts up for thick objects. It uses less ink than other multis.
Summary: Great printer, you cant go wrong with canon. There will be no regrets with this printer.
Pros: Does it all, great value, ITS A CANON. Good scan quality, Cool program that makes newpaper articles into text documents, and easy program that lets you change the settings from your computer without messing around with the printer menus. (Which can be annoying). Also does many different paper siz...
Cons: Slightly on the bulky side, ink is kinda pricey. Start up time is a little slower then most printers, but it does have a lot to manage.
