  • error messages: duplicate or unidentified ink cartridge

    I get 2 alternating error messages: 1) you have 2 of the same ink cartridges (which I don't; it identifies magenta and cyan) or 2) machine doesn't recognize my cyan cartridge. turning machine off and on several times seems to work but next time I have to go through the same routine.
