Died without warning or codes after 5.5yrs

Raymond M., Newegg
16 October 2015
  • Summary: Not sure what I want to do with the remaining replacement ink carts I have left...
  • Pros: Worked great and faithfully for 5.5yrs. No problems with print-head, paper jams, or error codes. Scanning at the printer and saving to the computer (or at least loading MPNav) was a nice feature.
  • Cons: Just completely died one day. No error code. No responsiveness. Branded ink is expensive, obviously, but NewEgg started selling some cheeper alternatives. Included software isn't the most useful. 90+% of use was to save scans.

Horrible

Rod A., Newegg
11 January 2015
  • Summary: AVOID WASTING TIME AND $
  • Pros: Worked great until it dies, scanner was disabled as well. Youtube has a great video on how to fix this, involves an ax. Nuff said, HP is sending me something more dependable and better warranty.
  • Cons: Youtube has a great video on how to fix this, involves an ax.

Lasted 3 yrs

Monte S., Newegg
20 May 2013
  • Summary: I like this printer up to I had to reinstall a new wifi in house. Then it has been a nightmare to keep up and running. Now with the B200 error that can not be resolved without >50% cost I will just trash it and start over with a HP.
  • Pros: * Small footprint, * above average print quality for blank and white.
  • Cons: * B200 error at ~ 3yrs, a know problem with many cannon printers. * Seems to use a lot of ink and ink replacement cost. * Pain to setup wifi for home network.

Not durable, slow, low color print quality, hi ink

Rakuten
9 January 2012
  • Summary: After initially being excited that we could print wirelessly, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered how slow color printing was, how quickly it used ink, the poor color quality (unless on photo setting, which uses ink at a ridiculous pace), and the high cost of ink.

Canon MP620 Series Printer

Keanu, ReviewStream
14 August 2011
  • Excerpt: My family and I used to always have trouble with our old dell computer and printer. The computer was extremely slow, and we had to use it in order to print our schoolwork, which we valued a lot. There was always stuff needing to get printed. Not only was …

Glitch in Installation process

Shonda, Rakuten
23 May 2010
  • Summary: When I first bought my printer I had issues with myself getting the software to accept me as the administrator. I called canon and received help from them. Something happened and once again I need to reinstall the software and it will not allow me to because it says I am not an administrator.

Canon PIXMA MP620

Steven T., Newegg
25 March 2010
  • Pros: Works fantastically once it's up and running.
  • Cons: Took quite a bit of work at first to get this thing running. No regrets after I gathered my patience though!
