Horrible

Rod A., Newegg
11 January 2015
  • Summary: AVOID WASTING TIME AND $
  • Pros: Worked great until it dies, scanner was disabled as well. Youtube has a great video on how to fix this, involves an ax. Nuff said, HP is sending me something more dependable and better warranty.
  • Cons: Youtube has a great video on how to fix this, involves an ax.

Great value from a product lifecycle point of view.

  • Summary: The great thing about these older printers, if you can find them new, is they have separate cartridges per color so you don't have to throw out a partially used combo cartridge. You can also get 4 sets of ink for 20 bucks on ebay.

Get it for using cheap inks

electricboneyard, Ebay
26 August 2013
  • Summary: I especially like this model of Canon Inkjet (and the MP560) because of their separate ink tanks (5) and the availability of really cheap ink via ebay or amazon (the CLI 220/221 inks). For that reason alone, buying this printer will save you money in the long run if you use the cheap inks.

Lasted 3 yrs

Monte S., Newegg
20 May 2013
  • Summary: I like this printer up to I had to reinstall a new wifi in house. Then it has been a nightmare to keep up and running. Now with the B200 error that can not be resolved without >50% cost I will just trash it and start over with a HP.
  • Pros: * Small footprint, * above average print quality for blank and white.
  • Cons: * B200 error at ~ 3yrs, a know problem with many cannon printers. * Seems to use a lot of ink and ink replacement cost. * Pain to setup wifi for home network.

Not durable, slow, low color print quality, hi ink

rakuten
9 January 2012
  • Summary: After initially being excited that we could print wirelessly, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered how slow color printing was, how quickly it used ink, the poor color quality (unless on photo setting, which uses ink at a ridiculous pace), and the high cost of ink.

  • Summary: Very good printer and the ink cartridges are cheap. The quality is excellent, only the wireless connection is not like I though, you have to install the printer thru USB cable and configure the connection thru one of the computer.

Great printer with excellent price!

1cowboy78, Ebay
12 December 2011
  • Summary: Canon PIXMA MP620 is a good printer for home or small business. However, I purchased this printer because the first one encounter an error message "B200" and would no longer work without being served. When it works it's great...

Archival-quality pictures + wireless = superior all-in-one printer

angelicany, Ebay
25 September 2011
  • Summary: Newer isn't always better. The Canon PIXMA MP620 is selling for more now used than it was when I purchased my original new. Its value over other all-in-one printers can focus on the ability to print wirelessly with a WiFi connection (even though this is not my favorite feature).

I was pleased enough with the one I was using, I didn't look for any other!

nosamla2, Ebay

  • Summary: It'll be brief. I looked on Ebay for this specific brand and model number to replace the identical one, (my first Canon) I'd used for several years, as that one got damaged. It is without a doubt the most practical, trouble free printer, and the first multi purpose one I've ever had.
