Summary: Had a MP560, replaced print head, then the cleaning brush circuit went out. Bought this one for parts. Replaced my print head into this one and it is working great. The MP560 I have owned for a couple of years. The wireless is great, print quality is good and prints pretty fast. Scanning and copying is also fairly fast. Generic ink is relatively cheap. Overall this is a good all-in-one printed and I would recommend it.
Summary: My Canon Pixma MP560 worked beautifully for the lst three years and then all of a sudden it stopped printing. It went through all of the motions, but blank copies emerged. When I called a place in Portland that repairs Canons, they advised since it costs $60 just to look at it, additional costs to repair, I would be better off just buying a new one. Very disappointing.
Excerpt: I recently puchased this printer after my Lexmark was not compatible with me new computer. I was sceptical at first, as I had never owned a Cannon before. When I received it, I wa amazed how easy it was to set up and install. The time it takes to copy a page is amazing, and the quality is great. I haven't tried any of the other features yet as I am still learning about the copying sizes and what all it can do.
Excerpt: This printer does everything I need done and is very affordable. It takes abit to warm up and ready itself for printing but that is a trivial negative point. It prints pictures that are remarkably clear and are suitable for framing. Whether I am copying, scanning, printing..whatever..the results are excellent every time. Its size is compact so it fits nicely in my office/bedroom.
Excerpt: I have got Canon Inkjet printer from canon shop 2 years back. Running great saving a lot in terms of ink. One of the best if u are going for inkjets. Faster than other and give great quality prints. Great canon tech support as well.
Excerpt: I sure feel special cause i own one of these babies! I got it as a gift from my spouse and it's perfect! I wish it didnt cost so much for the supplies. The quality is perfect and it's a cool looking machine.
Excerpt: I just received my first ink jet printer (usually prefer laser printers) but I wanted to try the photo and needed the san option, Installation is Ok, and now I tried again and even got the wireless to work easily. However i can not understand why photoprint is only for 10x15? false marketing: the sales speach say up to 9600 dpi and I expected this not to be restricted to one size?
