A Quiet, Quality Canon That's Capable & Cost Effective!

Nar2, Ciao
22 October 2013
  • Excerpt: Four years ago I bought myself a cheap 3 in 1 “All in One,” HP printer from John Lewis that was pretty cheap at the time and had already been promoted quite heavily in the press for it’s cheap price and features.
  • Pros: Well priced, fast printing and scanning, effective quality, good photo printing, long lasting ink
  • Cons: No USB print cord equipped, no WIFI ability due to the age of this product .

Mixed feelings

Ted, Amazon
14 August 2012
  • Summary: This printer - when it works is a good one ,BUT i too had the paper jam problem. Having gone through the troubleshooting info,(which was useless....) i went to youtube.com, there i found the solution!(as always!) tried the cardboard trick and it works again!

  • Excerpt: I bought this printer from Wilkinsons just over two years ago when I started university. I needed something which was easy to use and would be long lasting, with replacement ink that wasn't overly expensive.

canon mp270

Mr. D. L. Hughes, Amazon
10 May 2012
  • Summary: Purchased approx 13months ago, results of copying /printing etc pretty good. This machine is noisy in operation, tends to mess about before operation starts, and the paper feed "snatch"was extremely worrying, being extremely harsh. It then, due to this I suppose, gave me my one and only problem.

Better than bargin basement. Solid so far

sugi007, Ciao
31 January 2012
  • Excerpt: The state of the All-in-One printer market has been annoying me recently. Over the past 6 months I have gone through 3 All-in-One. I went for bargin basement models as I thought they would be most economical. I was wrong.
  • Pros: simple to use, resonable ink prices, automatic output tray opening
  • Cons: canon website, colour (white)

An All-in-One that actually works when you need it and doesn't dry out with infrequent use

S. westerman, Amazon

  • Summary: this printer first appears to be good value for money. I had paper jam issues within the first few days. and then it worked fine for a few months. It is now out of its years warranty, but it has been in storage for 4 months.

Teriffic value for money

S J Buck, Amazon
16 July 2011
  • Summary: I just purchased this printer, and can't believe what great value for money it is. It replaced a photo printer I paid £200 for in 2003. As I got this at 50% off in a Tesco store it cost me just under £[].
