A Quiet, Quality Canon That's Capable & Cost Effective!

Nar2, Ciao
22 October 2013
  • Excerpt: Four years ago I bought myself a cheap 3 in 1 “All in One,” HP printer from John Lewis that was pretty cheap at the time and had already been promoted quite heavily in the press for it’s cheap price and features.
  • Pros: Well priced, fast printing and scanning, effective quality, good photo printing, long lasting ink
  • Cons: No USB print cord equipped, no WIFI ability due to the age of this product .

  • Excerpt: I bought this printer from Wilkinsons just over two years ago when I started university. I needed something which was easy to use and would be long lasting, with replacement ink that wasn't overly expensive.

Better than bargin basement. Solid so far

sugi007, Ciao
31 January 2012
  • Excerpt: The state of the All-in-One printer market has been annoying me recently. Over the past 6 months I have gone through 3 All-in-One. I went for bargin basement models as I thought they would be most economical. I was wrong.
  • Pros: simple to use, resonable ink prices, automatic output tray opening
  • Cons: canon website, colour (white)

A TOTAL CROCK

Valerie J., Amazon
4 June 2011
  • Summary: I have the misfortune to own one of these. If you are considering buying one, don't bother. The paper feed is rubbish. The ink doesn't last two minutes and is expensive. It is the noisiest office equipment I have ever heard.

Not very impressed

Steadybreeze, Amazon
21 February 2011
  • Summary: Got this to replace an old HP Deskjet printer i'd had for 5+ years and as the title says i'm not very impressed. The printer is quite easy to setup and the scanner is very basic, used it a few times and the end result is nothing to shout about, seems to be a bit washed out colour wise but would be...

Great machine - no longevity

Hobhood, Amazon
31 January 2011
  • Summary: I thought this was a good, value for money all in one printer, scanner copier until it broke down after 13 months of light use. I had only replaced the ink cartridges once! The machine started to pull the paper in so that it tore or jammed. Or else it puled the paoer in half way and then stopped.
