Excerpt: This is an affordable, but high quality AIO. It works excellent with both Vista and OS X! Easy to use, good error management and fast printing. Software is decent for Vista and it works really well with OS X's software. Although I have not used this feature, it has a PictBridge.
Excerpt: The CanonPIXMA MP160 All-in-One inkjet printer came with my computer when I bought my computer. I am happy it did. It will print pictures with such clarity. I can also make copies like a Xerox machine. It is something I cannot do without anymore. One reasaon I love the features of this printer is that now I don't have to try and find some where in my town that will allow me to make copies of documents I need for a fee.

Excerpt: When I needed a printer I went to a couple different stores looking for just the right printer for what I wanted to use it for. I had owned an HP that was nice but I wanted a scanner. I looked at a few different brands when I came accross the Canon MP160. Not only did I like the fact that it would copy and print, it scanned. When I have it combined with my PC it serves as a vital tool for my business.

Summary: I got an MP series (150) free at Fryes when I bought an HP Desktop computer back in 2005. The computer is long gone, but the printer sits on my desk today, it works hard every day and continues to perform as new. An impressive little piece of engineering. To say that it has lived up to the promise of Canon quality would be an understatement. Easy to refill with aftermarket ink and cartridges, just maintain it properly and it will probably outlive your computer.
Summary: When I first bought this printer several years ago, I did so only after much research. My goal was to find the best easy-to-use multi-function printer at the best price. I also wanted it to fit my desk's printer slide-out. The Canon Pixma fit all my requirements. I used it daily for my work with four non-profits and for personal use. It's been there to help me create programs and spread-sheets and print the occasional photo.
Pros: I bought this on Black Friday really cheap about 3 years ago and it's still working like charm. I use it to print documents from work and school as well as custom color invitations that I print everyday.
Cons: Color ink doesn't last very long and is pricey. Also, it's pretty loud and shakes when it prints.
