Good Printer.

zagmak, Ebay
9 April 2013
  • Summary: Pixma MP150 is a good printer for the money. Light weight and flat bed scanner are the futures I like best. Do not care mach for the way you have to load the paper in it. Chipped ink cartridges are a drawback if you like to refill or use refilled ink cartridges. Like with most Canon printers, print quality on photos is above average for the industry. If you are looking for a simple printer with a good print quality, this is the one to get.

Great Value

  • Excerpt: I have had the Canon Pixma MP150 printer for about almost 6 years now and I still use it.  It came free when I bought my first laptop a long time ago and even after the laptops have died, this printer is still working perfectly.  It's a printer, copier, and scanner.  Although I prefer laser printers, I keep this around for scanning, and when my samsung color laser printer died for some unknown reason, I went back to using this printer.

Cannon Printer best quality for price

  • Excerpt: Cannon Printer it prints, scans, copys, prints quality pictures, it does used up ink fairly quickly, but it does give you great quality in color black ink. Easy to use, can make a photo copy at a touch of a button, no need to start up your PC. Like the all in one feature easy to use not complicated, it's size is a little bulky.

Canon MP150 works ok

AngieLew, Viewpoints

  • Excerpt: I've had my Canon MP150 installed on two different computers now and I still cannot get the scanner to work properly. Everytime I go to run the scanner it says it needs a driver. But here's the thing, when I first install the software it works! But when I shut down my computer and restarting the next day the scanner suddenly is not working, again. The printer works great! I have never had any problems with the printer aspect of the Canon Pixma MP150.

Impressive quality but not efficient

  • Excerpt: I had actually received my Canon MP150 printer free with my Gateway MA3 Laptop, so I couldn't beat the price.  I was not able to choose which printer I would receive with the laptop, but I am very happy with it anyways.  It is a 3-in-1 machine so I can scan documents, pictures etc..., as well as print high quality black and white or color documents and pictures.

Scanning Sucks.

Amazon Customer, Amazon
8 May 2012
  • Summary: The scanning sucks hard. It will scan small sections and put them in like 4 or 5 pages randomly.... It never scans things perfectly in one take... Printing works great.

  • Summary: Nice product did not come with drivers for my computer. I had to go online to get then. Have tested and it is okay. Ink is pricey, but I am using it for scanning color images to files on my computer.

Canon Printer No. 1

Eddie, Amazon
8 April 2011
  • Summary: I had owned the MP160 for years. This MP150 works just as well. It was the only printer that I could find that uses the same exact catridges.

Product sucks. Will replace with quality soon.

rick123321, Ebay

  • Summary: Uses way to much ink. Quality of print jobs is poor, prints slow, & photo quality is poor too. When waste ink receptacle fills you may as well trash can this piece of junk because the interior of the ink carriage is splattered with sticky ink. Canon says you need to have it serviced. At that cost you may as well buy a new one. I'll use this cheap[o until my cartridges are used up then replace. Replacement cartridges are too costly.
