Summary: After using this printer I vow to NEVER buy another Canon product.
Cons: Sucks ink even if you don't use it. Slow to start. Moans and whirls and grinds through some routine forever before it starts to print. Paper trays are very small. Constantly kicking up a out of paper error. cheap and awkward to load. will not see an individual envelope - reads out of paper. If yo...
Summary: Use this mainly to print on discs, which it does great. Haven't quite figured out how to calibrate it with Photoshop so the colours aren't as accurate as I'd like them to be. The included Canon software is really very useless - it would be far more useful if they simply provided the necessary...

Summary: Well... ya can't beat the price... but this printer is the most over designed, over engineered printer on earth. It's a trip. It's obvious that it is very much intended for the I-phone-ers, etc. Nothing simple about it.
Summary: I need to qualify this rating - this particular unit didn't work out of the box, so I had to wait for a replacement from Canon. To Canon's credit, they sent me a higher spec printer as replacement (the MG7520) and that work flawlessly.
Summary: Great for the 'non-pro' who wants an all-around good printer, including CD/DVD printable discs. Not for high volume printing but what is produced is quality stuff, in my humble opinion. Too, Canon customer service is very responsive and helpful if needed.
Summary: It does what its supposed to, but it takes its sweet time. The machine's start-up process is an excellent way to test your patience if that is something your are working on. My wife won't use it. Like any Canon product I own, I am pleased with the build quality and performance.
Fortunately Canon support is superb with easy to reach humans ...

Summary: It does the job done but takes time to get there. Printing on a DVD is just not covered in the paper that comes with the product nor is it covered in the manual on the installation disc. I had to call Canon support three times to find out how to print labels on discs???
