Summary: Bought in August 2012, died in Oct 2014, with the dreaded B200 print head error, followed by error code 5100, then nothing. Cost £100 from a box-shifter with a load of cartridges - maybe I should have suspected why it was being given away?
Summary: This was a good printer - when it worked. Annoyingly it regularly dropped it's wi-fi settings requiring setting up from scratch again. Worse though is the dreaded 'B200 error' message, which tells you to refer to a service agent.
Summary: Had my MG5350 just over 15 months now and it suddenly stopped working and displayed a B200 (Printer Head error). I have the printer for home use using all the main function but not to any great degree so it hasn't been heavily used.
Summary: A very nice-looking all in one product with good colour photo printing and clear b/w printing but mine died without warning after 14 months and when it was needed most. The motherboard had died and repairs, postage and packing fees, etc. are about the same as a new machine.
Summary: Received on time as normal via Amazon. Bought this for two reasons:- 1)My Canon 4500 stopped working and repair cost was excessive. 2)Wanted a wireless connection and the reduced desk space seemed attractive. I bought new ink cartridges and then the old 4500 printer resumed operating.
