Canon should be ashamed!

THE GROKE, Amazon
18 January 2015
  • Summary: This printer was a bit of a diva from the off - but I have endured its endless shuffling and tweaking as it has provided some relatively good printing / scanning however I should have guessed our relationship would end like this.

  • Excerpt: When I was looking for a printer, there were so many printers models and makes to choose from that it made the task of choosing the right one a little bit difficult. I personally wanted a All in One Printer, a printer that can print, scan and copy all in one machine that didn't take up too much room...

Good while it lasted

Zippy, Amazon
7 February 2013
  • Summary: I had mine for two years, two months and then the print-head/logic-board failed. Now it's useless. The repair costs are far more than a replacement printer. You can Google B200 error to see how many other people have had this problem with Canon printers.

New printer not working

xuhaiwei, Pricerunner
31 October 2012
  • Summary: The printer is useless.
  • Pros: Since the printer did not work from the beginning I cannot judge this.
  • Cons: The provided manual did not address the errors that occurred during the installation. During installation the auto adjustment of the print head came up with an error message. The manual suggested to continue with the next installation step, however the menu was looping around the same problem sev...

Frederick, Amazon

  • Summary: I checked on the "Which" report for a printer and this one came out very well. Easy to set up wirelessly and works extremely well. I wanted to stick with Canon quality and it lived up to my previous experience of Canon equipment.Excellent.

satisfaction

varjuna, Amazon
7 May 2012
  • Summary: Have had this about a month now, so far so good. Prompt delivery, troublefree purchase, compact machine, easy to set up, does what it says on the tin. Not the fastest or quietest (which cost a lot more!) but fine for my purposes, and very good quality colour printing.
