Summary: Bought for a relative who is not tech savvy, but needed a printer and scanner; I recommended auto duplex, and have used Canon for a while. Delivery was quick, and installation went smoothly. Don't think it gets a lot of use but believe it is still working well.
Summary: Wanted a reasonable quality printer with scanner and photocoping features. Read all the reviews in Amazon about the Canon Pixma MG5150 and decided to go for it. It was very easy to set up and there were no incompatibility problems with an Apple Mac.
Canon PIXMA MG5150 All in One Colour Photo Printer

Summary: The order was received in good time, well packed and fully functional. Its great price value makes it a terrific buy and is further quantified by its performance. To be recommended fully to anyone thinking of buying a printer to print, copy and scan. Thank you Amazon!
Summary: The Printer was larger and heavier than I expected, but the results so far have been good. By following the instructions I assembled the printer OK, but check the order of inserting the Colour and Black inks as the large Ink resevoir is between the colour ones, they went in OK otherwise.
Summary: My Brother printer started to pack up and although I have another Canon printer I realised that it couldn't scan. I looked for ages at the reviews and finally decided to take a chance on this one.
Summary: As you may have read in other reviews, I too had the inevitable printer head failure with my previous MP600. After an attempt at cleaning out the printer head, I gave up and purchased its apparent replacement the MG5150. So here are the pros and cons.
Summary: Pleased with selection, delivery, set up and ease of use. Not pleased with short ink tank life and replacement costs. The ink tanks are smaller and each more expensive than my previous Canon printer ink tanks. Affordable Printer, Expensive Ink
