Works 100% as advertised, and plastic quality is comparable to rivals

Summary: Works 100% as advertised, and plastic quality is comparable to rivals, but I wish they would go to a different pricing model where they could deliver a higher build quality for the chassis and mechanical components. Alas, consumers aren't very discerning and when this printer fails (probable) after 4-5 years they will of forgotten how much they paid. Has worked so far flawlessly after 6-months of ownership, light consumer use.
Summary: I bought this so I could print with my Samsung Chrome...easy to get it going, ink seems to be lasting quite a while and hooks up to my google print so i can print from everything including my phone.
Summary: This seems like a pretty good all-in-one, especially considering its price. Hopefully it'll let me print even if a color is running out. Setup was pretty straightforward. I got it on our wireless network w/o undue hassle, and it was easy enough to get the necessary software installed on our computers. It didn't do well with some glossy photo paper, but I wasn't intending to use it that way anyway; it's going to be used for it's scanning/copying and documents.
Summary: it gives a good quality color prints, it takes a little less ink then my other printer used to take. It's rather simple. The negative side is that it does not have a hidden paper tray. I give 4 stars because my previous printer (also Canon) had an excellent quality. I like Canon for keeping decent color quality - too bad they are taking off the market their good printers, not always substituting them with the new ones of the same quality.
