Summary: This printer worked fine until I changed the ink cartridges for the first time. From then on, the header would never align. I tried the automatic and manual alignment methods without success. It seems like many people have had this problem. The tech support from Canon is lacking. I will not be purchasing anymore Canon products.
Summary: HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! This printer will work a few times and then give me a "printer not detected" error. I have to uninstall and reinstall it EVERY TIME this happens. That's been the case since I bought the piece of garbage. I'll never buy a Canon again.
Summary: At the recommendation of my sister, I bought one of these from a local retailer. Initially, I thought I was getting a good deal because it was on sale for $49. Brought it home, set up, loved the wireless feature (still do), and was pleased with the quality. Then, a few months down the road, I started having problems with paper feeding into the unit.
Summary: i needed an all in one and this definitely caught my eye! great price and came with guide. i love that it's very resistant(had a drop already); Though it is not whisper quiet, it's not noisy either! def a great product, buy it now! i've used it for pictures, transfer paper, scanning, copying, you name it and it does not fail. it's also a great size in case i need to move it, i can carry it myself with no help. assembly was quite simply as well!
Destroying it was the best thing about owning this printer

Summary: Sorry, I really tried but destroying this printer today into a gazillion pieces was the BEST part of owning this printer! Drivers that just disappeared and had to be reloaded, not feeding paper or pulling in the entire stack was just too much! Had spent far too much time trying to work through the cumbersome maintenance menus that did not help and absolutely no reason for any of these problems since the printer was not heavily used and hadn't moved anywhere since set up.
