Summary: I like it however when I have scan several pages it will not merge them into one document. . I have to scan them in & then go to a site on the net & merge them together. I called the company on it & they were no help at all. Outside of that it is OK.
Summary: I am a user of computer but do not have much konwledge and sometime face problems when I need them most. I had a problem of wireless printing and their help desk has been so patient and professional to solve the problem.
Summary: I purchased this for a household printer/scanner and it has served me well. Can print to it from multiple computers and can scan to multiple computers, all wireless. Ink cartridges are reasonably priced.
One of the WORST printers I've had the pleasure of using

Summary: I've been using this printer for about a year and it has been tough. I really don't have to print things that often (the sample ink that came with the printer just ran out). The print quality is not terrible but the printer paper jams literally 90% of the time.
Summary: Printer always says that it is out of paper, yet the tray is full! This would happen occasionally at first, now I have not been able to print a document for over 4 months. As i write this I have been attempting to print tickets for the past 4.5 hours with no luck so off to Kinkos is it.
Summary: this rpint starting giving me problems a month after buying it. I only use it from time to time so it had no reason to be a problem. The paper kept getting stuck when I tried to print. Set up the wireless, it would never print. I always had to connect it to print.
Summary: Broke down within the first few months, before that was shocked at the cost of the ink. Replacing the cartridges twice would have exceeded the cost of the printer. If it had not broken down I would have just dumped it before buying more ink.
