Summary: I am a user of computer but do not have much konwledge and sometime face problems when I need them most. I had a problem of wireless printing and their help desk has been so patient and professional to solve the problem. After all, these support is pricelss for me and now I can print out without any problem.
Summary: I purchased this for a household printer/scanner and it has served me well. Can print to it from multiple computers and can scan to multiple computers, all wireless. Ink cartridges are reasonably priced.
Summary: Broke down within the first few months, before that was shocked at the cost of the ink. Replacing the cartridges twice would have exceeded the cost of the printer. If it had not broken down I would have just dumped it before buying more ink.
Summary: I wish I could give it zero stars. Slow, noisy, expensive to keep in ink. Even if you print in black only it still runs down the color cartridge and won't let you print, even in black only, until you buy another $50 color ink cartridge. It's s stupid game and I'm not playing anymore. Are you listening, Canon? I'm dumping your printer in the trash and buying a different brand. I will never buy another Canon product, ever. Nice work, chumps.
Summary: I have this printer for about a year. I only use it for occasional coupon prints. I am very disappointed. Everything works well. But the ink is expensive and hardly prints 50 pages per cartridge. I don't recommend this printer at all.
Summary: I got this printer as an inexpensive low-end replacement for my home printer while I was away from home for an extended period. The printer was relatively easy to setup and use, even with the wireless network. The picture quality was pretty decent, even for the photo prints. The printing speed was OK - you would not want to print longer documents on this printer, but otherwise it gets the job done.
