Excerpt: This is smaller than our previous Canon copier, but we have found it prints and copies very well. The thing we found we loved was how fast and easy the scanner on this copier is. The only thing different from our previous Canon was that it had a legal size plate glass and this one only has a letter size. We use the the copier feeder the most so not having the legal plate glass really wasn't a concern.
Excerpt: I have been using Canon ImageClass copiers in my two offices for fourteen years. I have two in each office and I find they handle my offices copy needs (around 10,000 copies per month) easily. The copy quality is great and these are reliable machines - there is just no need to spend money on an expensive copier with maintenance contracts.
Excerpt: I have had good luck with the Canon All-in-One printers for years, but this one started having trouble almost immediately. It does not communicate well with my computer, the paper feeder at the top sometimes catches and rips the originals, I can't send faxes, it doesn't automatically scan from my computer (I have to physically set the machine to scan first).
Excerpt: We really like this printer. It is fast and easy to use. Very easy to learn and teach others too. I would highly recommend this all in one unit. It looks really good too. Just the right size for a small business. Easy to set up on multiple computers so the entire business can use it on the wireless set up.
Excerpt: Bought this at an attractive price, and took it home. I have used all functions except the fax.Documentation was on the skinny side given the complexity of the unit. Print set up was straight forward, and I got the Mac driver via the download. Multi-page document feeder is sweet. Scan was/is a little tough to set up. Good response from Canon Customer Service with my question. Remote scan is stiff iffy ... it does (and then does not) work.
Excerpt: This multifunction device works, but unlike my previous canon IC 6530, it doesn't do anything great. The best thing about it is the Canon customer support people. Otherwise, this thing is slow to print copies and very slow to scan or fax. Very frustrating that every time I want to scan I have to re-set the scan settings on the device. For the price ($300 on sale) and casual use, it's probably ok.
