Summary: Described as being "Mac Compatible" (emphasis on the quotes), it's not completely Mac Compatible. I couldn't access the Multi-purpose tray - Canon Support said "Sorry, there are just some features you can't access with a Mac." Would downloading a driver help?
Summary: Had this printer for a while and it worked fine. Went to hook connect it to a new wireless router after my last one stopped working. It now asks for a a Manager ID and Pin. I never set up a manager ID and pin since this is just for home use and live by myself.

Excerpt: Prints Black and white is great, Color printing is average for laser printer. Copy Function works as it should but my complaint the the scanning resolution even at 300DPI the scans come out terrible and at times there is this streak of white line going down the page.
Pros: Color Bw Prints, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Professional

Summary: I purchased this printer/copier for my business and though the hardware side seems good, the software is HORRIBLE. I spent about 45 minutes attempting to set up the copier when I first bought it, with no luck so I was forced to call tech support to help.
