Summary: The Canon MF7460 is a great choice for the small office. This is used in a church, with a Risograph used for larger production runs. We've owned a Canon copier before (for the last seven years) and have been impressed with the reliability. This was purchased for the automatic duplex and collating capabilities. For collation, the sheet feeder takes and scans all of the pages into memory, and then prints them in collated order - very useful.

Summary: Buyer beware - especially if purchasing through AceDepot (Google them to see all the bad things they have done to customers - we are one of them!) This product - albiet we did not use it - does not have the internal ethernet as advertized on the website. Received the product (after a horrible experience with AceDepot - but that is another story) and IT person indicated that it did not have network capabilities.
Summary: This printer is great. The toner cartridge lasts a long time. My only complaint is that you cannot have a single phone line with 2 numbers. The fax machine will answer the phone. If you use for copying and printing, it is nice.
Summary: I was looking for a laser printer that could print up to 11x17 paper size. This unit does that very well. The two paper trays that each hold up to 11x17 paper are a rare find in this price range. The unit makes no noise when in sleep mode and wakes up quickly to make printing a no-wait process. The only downfall I have found so far is that if it is hooked up to a phone line it will answer the phone...regardless if it is a voice or a fax call.
