Conclusion: This worked great with Windows 7 and XP but Canon won't provide support for Windows 8.1. I got a new computer and it's impossible to get it to work. They have a driver and say "on the next page click on 'I agree" - WHERE IS THE NEXT PAGE? There's no "next page" to go to and download the driver. Will never buy anything from Canon again.
Summary: WiFi Connection is a Nightmare. Kept getting "Connection has been suspended. Resume?" Spend an hour to fix the issue... but no luck... worst part is that there is no reference of this error in their manuals. Also, too many manuals for one machine. Worst machine I ever bought. I would not recommend this to anyone. Also, customer service is very limited.... no help.
Excerpt: We bought this for our law office to replace an aging Brother. We are on our third Brother, and I (office manager) decided to give this Canon a try because I have never really cared for how our Brother printers handled printing envelopes, which we do a lot of. The Brothers also tend to pull in multiple sheets on occasion while scanning. The first thing I noticed is that the duplex printing is cumbersome.
