Summary: Since I got this for 99.00 and it is now 259.00 it will be better to just purchase a new multifunction printer. I had bought two and the other one is still working fine.
Pros: It worked great, copying, scanning, and faxing until recently.
Cons: This week we got error 202-200 which tells us to turn off and on the canon. This appeared as our employee was trying to scan. I figured out it might be part FK3-1153, the contact image sensor, that is faulty but I cannot find anyone that sells it to replace it.
Conclusion: For a very long time I have been looking for an affordable laser printer for my home office, I got sick and tired of buying cartridges every other week. I for this one took it out of the box plugged the power and ethernet cable in, installed the drivers and setup was done, getting 2100-2200 pages...
This is a great product and I bought it from a great seller.

Summary: It was everything I wanted. My only problem is that it did not print double-sided, but that problem is mine. I failed to look into that assuming that it did. I would buy from this person again and would recommend him to anyone interested in a printer.
Would recommend for anyone that does 300 to 500 copies a month.

Summary: bought the Canon image CLASS MF4770n All-In-One Laser Printer first because the cost per copy is less than .03 each. I do a lot of genealogy and had to print over 8,000 copies. If I had gone to Staples or Office Depot it would have cost be around $600.
Summary: I bought this for my Daughters who would be going to college. Several things I wanted: first, Laser printer; second, the flatbed scanner; third, USB/Ethernet, this has all these things. This will be their workhorse for years to come.
Conclusion: I still do not have the correct cable because apparently the cable that is recommended does not work with Windows 8. I cannot find a cable that is recommended with Windows 8, so not sure what I should do. This is a ridiculously stupid problem to have.
Cons: Difficult to use, Slow Print Speed, Large Footprint, Difficult Setup, Low Quality Output, unreliable, Flimsy Construction
