Summary: I have used the MF3110 for several years and have enjoyed the laser printing qualities. However, I just bought a new computer with Win 7 (64 bit) and per conversation Canon this printer will not run with this OS, nor do they plan to update the drivers.
Summary: Have had a Canon MF 3111 for close to three years and I love it. Yes the paper tray is just a bit flimsy. We are talking about a sub $200 printer here. Has a couple of its own unique limitations but this has been an amazingly reliable crisp and cheap printer for a long time. At the price we paid we expected a machine much less than this. Only have one complaint. We cannot get a driver for Windows 7 64 bit.

Summary: I would say it jams only a little more frequently than I'd expect, which is mildly annoying, but overall this is a great printer for the price, especially with the ability to create pdf documents included. The image/print quality is good. We use this as our main office printer and scanner and probably print 50-100 sheets a day.
Summary: After a few months I'm very satisfied with the unit. After buying a toner cart - it didn't come with one - it set me back about $135. That's not a bad price for just a printer let alone a 3 in 1 and the scanner works well as does the copy function. There has been one instance where it seemed like it had locked up and I had to unplug it to recycle but this may have been because there seems to be a significant wait time when switching functions - probably not enough...
Summary: I bought this Printer about 18 months ago and I must say that so far it is going good. I and my kids do a lot of printing (8-10 Pages/Wk) and so far I did not need to change the toner. Although I am dreading when I would have to beacsue it is expensive.. There are some minor bugs with this printer. Sometimes, the scan or copy button doesn't work. After you press scan or copy, it gets stuck. I have to power cycle the printer before it start working.
Summary: This printer has all the functions I was looking for. I did have to call support to customize the paper due to the fact that I need to print a special size that is not configured in to the printer and they were very helpful and resolved the problem quickly. I am dissappointed a little with the scanning properties. It is very slow and there seems to be a lot of steps to save files. Overall, a great printer for the price.
Summary: Let's get straight to the point. I researched several different laser printers, before finally settling on this one. I needed a fast laser quality printer and did not have much money to spend. I was skeptical, but after much contemplation, I purchased the Cannon ImageClass MF3110 Laser Multifunction and I have not been disappointed. It prints & copies at 21ppm & has a flatbed scanner...all for what I would have paid to just do one of these functions.
Summary: I read and researched ALL sorts of laser printers (didnt include Canon) and then went into officedepot to buy a Brother. and then saw this pretty looking Canon. i looked and looked again and then again. and did not find a catch either. A very well designed printer that looks good and performs beautifully. It uses the X25 cartridge (combo) unit which is rated for about 2500 pages and costs about 50 dollars, giving a per page cost of 2 cents - pretty good i'd say.
