Summary: I bought this last December 2nd for $39.99 and finally hooked it up today. (7/3/15) I really took a chance there, but it works just fine. In the interim I had purchased a full Canon toner via another online office supply store with a coupon and substantial discount.
Pros: It duplexes without needing assistance and it prints fast and not too loudly. Holds a lot more paper then my previous Canon inkjet all-in-one. I can still use the old one for scanning.
Summary: My first laser printer, and I plan on keeping it. Product comes with a black-and-white starter ink package, so if you need color or any extras, be sure to order them. Printer works amazingly and is probably one of the cheapest of its kind you can find.
Summary: Cheap, small, fast. I mostly chose this printer because it accepts cheap third party toner that prints well. Don't expect industrial office quality, don't expect great image quality. This prints documents for a home office clean and fast. Side note, really impressed with it's double sided printing.
Summary: I truly hate printers. They're the VCRs of modern times. I'm always struggling with why they're not doing something or why they won't stop doing something else. This laser printer has helped me make peace with the need for printing as a student.
Pros: Mine did not load paper and it was over 30 days, so I called Canon and they sent me a like new printer to replace and it worked perfectly. Next day delivery, no cost to me, with a prepaid shipping label and UPS would have picked it up but I live near a UPS station so I will just drop it off.
Summary: I did pay $40. The regular price would be too high for this type of product for my purposes. The toner is easy to find and inexpensive. I have printed over 100 pages from the included starter toner.
Pros: This is an excellent replacement for a standard laser printer. The print quality is standard. Printing is uniform and even. I did use an OEM toner or remanufactured toner (not lower grade ink). It prints on both sides without effort on my part.
Cons: I have no cons. I did pay $40. The regular price would be too high for this type of product for my purposes.
Summary: I purchased this printer in order to cheaply print coupons. I had previously been using my HP All-in-One and the ink costs were making it not worth the coupon savings. The setup was reasonably easy, though shipping took 4x longer than was stated/expected.
so good! The printer is exactly what it says it ...

Summary: So far, so good! The printer is exactly what it says it is: a small, desktop B&W laser unit for home office use. I print mostly lesson plans and master copies of worksheets, so probably print about a couple dozen papers each week.
I was tired of feeling ripped off when buying ink cartridges.

Summary: Wow. What a deal. I've been using it for months and still haven't needed to replace the cartridge with which it came. I've been so angry about how expensive replacement cartridges are for other printers (my cousin, who makes ink, says there's about 15 cents worth of ink in those things).
