Good at printing but there are minor scanning issues.

Summary: It's a great little unit for the price BUT (there's always a but.) the ADF (automatic feeder) is a bit wonky. If you put a stack of papers in there it will scan the first few OK. Ones it gets down to the last 3 they will start getting slightly and then progressively more crooked. If you do all your single sheet scans from the glass, they will be just fine though. I've purchased 2 of these and they both do the same thing, so I think it's more of a design flaw.
Summary: I had a Brother multifunction. After a month the fax stopped working until you unplugged it for an hour. I have a store that uses this unit to fax copy and print all day long so this was unacceptable. I switched to a wireless HP, but you can't scan to a PC without a cable so that defeated that purpose. The cannon has been running for several months with no problems, yet.
Great copier in general. EDIT: Found a User Manual
