Replaced a Traditional Copier Wished I Had My Old Copier

Summary: I replaced a traditional copier. When I called my copy machine guy, he told me that now everything was MFP's and that with my volume at my office I would be better off buying a cheap MFP. I will probably dump this in a few months. I am very proficient at installing and hooking things up to a computer. This was not easy. For the life of me, my secretary and I cannot get it to print envelopes. Many things that go through the bypass won't go through.
Summary: I have purchased the second one now. Great multifunction copier, that actually does everything it says and easily. We use in a clinic and a church and about to purchase another for the school.
Summary: This is an absolutely great copier! I use it as a stand alone copier so I don't have any advise for anyone using it as a printer. As a copier, it is the best one that I have ever used. I just got rid of a copier for which I paid $1400. This copier is so far ahead of my old copier that I am amazed. Love it!
Summary: Shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I have a very busy office and this copier is an absolute workhorse. First copy out is very quick which allows the copier to benefit work flow.
Summary: As has always been my experience for the past 30 some years my printer of choice has always been Canon or something with a Canon engine in it. The large paper tray really helps in the Tax Preparation business where a ream or more a day is usual. Highly recommended for small offices with scanning, copying, or printing requirements.
Conclusion: Had this printer for a total of 6 weeks; purchased in January 2014. This printer will sporadically produce copies that are crooked in nature. Whether using the top loader or traditional scanning function, pages will come out crooked (rotated to the right). I will not purchase another Canon imageClass.
