"Too much trouble"
17 June 2009
Pros: It does quality work most of the time
Cons: It puts dots on papers and causes you to replace drum much sooner than advertised. Sometimes there are two distinct rows of color and black dots to contend with and without notice of a problem and no spare drum, you are SOL
Summary: Excellent copy quality, fax works fine, printer is top notch. It is easy and fast to clear paper jams and has created some great documents for me. It has had a problem with warning bells, but nothing that was created a very big problem for me.
Pros: The machine produces excellent color and b&w copies. It was easy to setup with good documentation. I have had excellent experience with Canon customer service when I called them twice on minor issues.
Cons: Canon does not recommend for two-sided copies. If you only have one telephone line with ab answering machine, the phone must be plugged into the aio unit inorder for the fax to operate properly.
