Summary: When I first bought this printer, I wrote a glowing review. Six months later, others have found out what I have.(Discovered from REVIEW QUESTIONS.) This printer is(In my opinion) a bad product and Brother offers no repair or refund. My apologies to whomever bought this on my review..
Excerpt: The out of box experience was poor. I have a mac and was on the phone for an hour trying to get connected. Finally, and the first two sheets were generated by the printer. OK. The 3-6 were the same letter that I printed from my computer.
Summary: Most people gave this machine rave reviews but I had a major problem with it going "Offline" and not wanting to come back inline to print. I tried numerous times to no avail and after talking to Brother Support for 45 minutes, we could not get it to work properly.

Summary: I have been using printers for well over 20 years now and I'm Not impressed with this printer in the least! My older Kodak printer died on me, so I did the research and found this printer with so many glowing reviews; so I bought it. Well, the reviews were Hogwash!
