Summary: This printer model usually gets the basic job done of printing & scanning, but I will steer clear of this model and probably the brand going forward.  small ink cartridges that run out quickly, and the annoyingly persistent "ink low" messages that pop up too frequently on my PC.
Summary: I also have an HL-5250DN laser printer that just soldiers on. That works so well, that I turned to the same company when I needed a replacement AiO. I am happy I did. I am thinking that this printer is no longer being made. If I need another, I will follow the link to its successor.

Cons: The naming system for scanned files includes a date format of mm-dd-yyyy. I wish they would use yyyy-mm-dd instead. As a con, this is pretty small beans.
