Brother MFC-J625DW Review

25 June 2012
  • Summary: To sum up the whole experience with the MFC-J625DW, we assume that the printer is pretty feature rich with the functionalities, print speeds and quality. What we found disappointing is the absence of an Ethernet port for connecting the printer to a physical network. But overall, considering the features, build quality, performance, functionality and the low price tag, the Brother MFC-J625DW is a well-recommended printer for small offices and homes.

  • Pros: Fast at business printing. PC Fax. Standalone fax.
  • Cons: Slightly sub-par photos and graphics. Lacks an Ethernet port.

Brother MFC-J625DW Review

3 November 2011
  • Conclusion: The wireless could be useful if you're a consumer or small business user looking for a fast printer with a lot of functionality. But we wouldn't recommend it to users who are looking for exceptional photo quality. The colors and contrast in this device isn't up to par with other products in its class.
  • Pros: Quick print speeds, Simple wireless setup, Useful control panel with lots of features
  • Cons: Not compatible with some glossy photo paper, Colors in photos aren't as vibrant and bright, Inflated advertised print speeds
