Brother MFC-J5910DW

PC Magazine
12 April 2012
  • Conclusion: The Brother MFC-J5910DW prints at tabloid size, scans and faxes even over a network, works as a standalone copier and fax machine, and is both cheap to buy and cheap to run.
  • Pros: Prints at up to tabloid size (11 by 17 inches). Scans, copies, and faxes. Automatic document feeder. Duplex printing.
  • Cons: Only one paper tray, so you can't keep letter and tabloid size paper loaded at the same time.

Brother MFC-J5910DW Review

8 April 2012
  • Summary: To end our entire experience with the MFP, we say that the MFC-J5910DW at Rs. 20000 is a decent and compact all-in-one A3-sized printing unit for architects and professionals. If you are looking for an A3-sized multi-functional printer on a lower budget, the J5910DW is a good option. This MFC is a scaled-down version of the MFC-J6710DW in terms of scanning and paper trays; the connectivity options and printing speeds and quality remain untouched.

  • Summary: This fast, generally competent MFP is good value. Be aware, however, that while it can print to A3, it can only scan, fax or copy up to A4

  • Cons: Below average print quality, Awkward and flimsy paper tray, Looks like a tank
