Summary: This is the worst printer I have ever owned, and that includes inkjet printers 15 years ago. If this printer actually functioned as it is supposed to it would be great. However, frustratingly, it's incredibly slow. Its user interface, unlike other Brother MFC machines I've used, is very difficult since it assumes you only want to print one type of thing from a thumb drive you've connected.

Summary: I rarely write reviews--- of anything-- yet after using this printer as my default printer and using my trusty Brother Laser printer HL-5370DW as the secondary; I am compelled to say something about this printer. I've tried several inkjets to find one that would perform quick GOOD scans but was unsuccessful until I purchased this one in May 2013.
Summary: There are a couple of reasons I give this 4 stars instead of 5. One: This doesn't seem to want to connect to my work computer (laptop) which is the main reason I purchased it. My IT Department told me I should have gotten an HP Printer (well, that's nice to know now). So what I've done, is email any documents to my personal desktop and then print from there.
Summary: I have been a loyal Brother printer user for many years. However, that has ended. Within 3 months of purchasing this printer, it became plagued with paper jams about 98% of the time. I tried different paper brands, weights, amounts, etc. without success. I spent hours on hold with their support department. When I finally spoke with someone, they had me go through dozens of gyrations, tests, etc. to prove that the printer was fine.
