Excerpt: I have only had this printer for a week, but so far I like it. I bought this printer, because my daughter bought one and really likes it. after several different kinds of printers, she is happy with this one. Also, the young man who helped me,highly recommended it as well. He was extremely helpful and very thorough. I would really like to see a lot more people like him in retail. He was so nice.
Excerpt: Bought this for 11x17 capability and iota great. Works as stated and has good quality prints. Use GOOD paper and printed are excellent. 11x17 would be better with second cassette but didn't get. Should have.
Excerpt: Printer was pretty easy to set up. The product literature was reasonably helpful. Because there are several of us on a wireless network it was a little time consuming and we are not tech gurus but once we had the first computer connected the others were relatively easy. The printer seemed to print fine but 11x17 mode is woefully lacking. You cannot load 10 or so blank pages and print.
Excerpt: I liked the design of the printer from the beginning. It is relatively small for all it can do, and things fold in nicely so it doesn't have a lot of parts sticking out to get all dusty. It has a nice shape with rounded corners. You just leave it plugged in and it powers itself up and down as needed. The set-up was quick and it works great. Wireless scanning and printing have been flawless so far.
Excerpt: Picked this printer last week via reserving on line which worked great. Got it up and set it up in about an hour very seemless. The foot print was not much larger than my old Brother MFC and it is not as deep as the paper goes in sideways which takes up less depth. It is a little wider but that is ok. The machine prints very quickly and so far works well with WIN 7.
Excerpt: Colors on regular printer paper are dull. WAY too complicated to find the right links and navigate through the language & process just to be able to scan & use wireless feature with iMac OS X10.9.2. Considering returning the printer. On0line help only willing to provide links, then you're on your own.
