Summary: Just the printer that I have been looking for, prints fast, clear and the cartridges are truly a great deal. If you are like me, you were tide of the high price cartridges breaking your bank account. I recommend this or any other Brother printers,if you are simply felt up with all the other high price brands. Contact this user and order now the Brother Printer. Thanks, pookie322.
Summary: I've only had the printer for an afternoon now but I've already done quite a bit with it. I went into Office Max to print something and I walked out with a printer...oops. It happened to be on sale $40 off and I checked Amazon to make sure I was getting a good deal. Anyway, so far so good. I am pretty tech savvy but it did give me some issues when I tried to install the software and link it to my laptop for wireless printing.
Summary: I love this printer. The quality and speed of printing is great and it's fast and easy to set up. It would be a five star except for the fact that it's a little more... fragile than I expected. If I dropped it it would definitely break. Other than that though, it's awesome!
Summary: I do like this printer. I' haven't been able to play with printing photos on it due to my lack of photo paper-so i can't judge that yet. It sure does cycle a lot in copying or printing. I leave the printer on and it cycles itself at least once a day on top of in between copies or printing...
Summary: I was looking for a low priced printer to take to college and this one more than satisfied my needs. Ink is super cheap, and lasts a fair amount of time. However, the printer will try to tell you that you ink is low when it is actually like half, and you need to continually ignore the message. The only actual complaint that I have is that I can not print to it from two separate computers.
Summary: I've had the printer for about a month, and so far, I like it. It's a little slower than I expected, but other than that, it's lived up to my expectations. Setup was a cinch and could be done directly over wi-fi. I love being able to push a button on the machine, have it scan up to 20 pages automatically, and instantly convert them to a PDF in a folder that opens up on my computer when it's done.
Summary: I have a much, much older sibling of this fax-scanner-printer, an MFC-210C. It has been serving me well for years and years. This newer model is not built quite as solidly as the old one but it is easy to set up, quick, and has good print quality. For my use (bookkeeping) the scanner features are key. I really like the Nuance Paper Port software - it is easy to use and with lots of choices.
