  iHAVE A BROTHER MFC9840-CDW. TONER LIFE SIGNAL COMES ON & THE PRINTER STOPS WORKING, EVEN THO THERE IS STILL TONER. hOW CAN i BYPASS THIS?

  The available scanning resolution options are ridiculous. I can select a 600dpi resolution in COLOR but not in B&W ! I just want to scan some texts in high resolution, I don't want color!

  The machine will scan fine for a while, and then randomly stop, scanner lamp motion stops, then paper jam message while using the flatbed. Getting frustrated.

  My Brother MFC-9840 is hooked to fax line, I got aboout 140 pages in the memory of the machaine. how do I erase the memory. I do not want to print that large number of pages. every time I put more papers it start printing from the memeory. How do I erase the document in the fax memory?

  We just added a new computer to our network and it connects to the printer but I cannot get it to connect to the scanner? How do I get it to scan?
