Pretty good -missing standard duplex options

Ted Foxman, Amazon
12 March 2014
  • Summary: The printer is awesome, except it's missing 2 sided to 1 sided copying features. Weird? Did I miss something? Anyone?

a bit noisy and quirky, but excellent value and quality

W. E. Slater-lunsford "WayneSL", Amazon
26 June 2013
  • Summary: The software install is lengthy and fails easily, but once that is taken care of, the system operates quite well. The printing is quite good, slow duplexing but tolerable and nice-looking output. The fax and scan features get about an 8/10 compared to HP, but then a lot of HP printers are not even getting a 10 from me lately.

Good all-around printer

R. Shelton, Amazon
10 June 2013
  • Summary: The Brother MFC-9460CDN is a great all around printer. Great speed and flexible. Make sure you read the manual to figure out how to do double-sided copying. It can be done, but it's not intuitive. Other than that, it's a great printer.

MFC-9460CDN CLR LASER P/S/C/F ENET 2400X600 128MB 25PPM

GB, PCNation
30 April 2013
  • Summary: Recommended for low-volume color copies.
  • Pros: Duplex printing is awesome. Graphics and color are stellar
  • Cons: Does not have the option to add a security code to the printer. I do not use the fax or scan options. Not sure how to rate these so I just put 8 for all.

MFC-9460CDN CLR LASER P/S/C/F ENET 2400X600 128MB 25PPM

Glen Huffman, PCNation
3 January 2013
  • Summary: Won't buy from PC Nation again. Thought I was going to save some money and I didn't (my fault) paying attention to the shipping charges. Could have bought it cheaper locally!
  • Pros: Dependable and copies well and is easy to set up!
  • Cons: Cartridge, belt and drum costs, they are very high!

Great in most all ways!

Amber L. Gilbert "algilberttda", Amazon
29 December 2012
  • Summary: Works great for copying, faxing, printing basics. My only complaint is I can't load and print my business check without it jamming. I have to keep a separate cheap printer on hand just for that. Love all other functions though.

Just what I needed

teamlipp, Amazon
24 August 2012
  • Summary: I bought this unit to serve my needs at home. I use my computer for all my personal finance and needed a laser for printing checks that won't run in the rain. I also have two young sons, so I wanted to upgrade to color for printing photos and for their school and scout projects. I chose this unit for it's price and wired network capability. Due to a lack of proper cabling (my fault I didn't check the length of the cables I had), I had to hook it up via USB first.
