Summary: I have a little over 7000 prints on this unit and it is going strong. Have needed to replace all toners after they ran out from use. Cost per page at full color is decent. Scan to features are awesome. Sheet feed scanning often slightly misaligns the page.
Summary: This is a good color laser printer. I have been using deskjets for ever and finally got tired of buying cartridges. I am still learning all the features, so it would not be fair to comment on everything.
Summary: The Brother MFC-9440cn Color Laser Multifunction Center with built-in ethernet network interface is performing as advertised. Shipping time was short and we were able to set it up easily. I am pleased with the machine at this time.
Summary: I use a Brother MFC-8460 in my other office and have been very pleased with the performance and reliability. I was about to buy a second one for a new office but came across an incredible deal on this MFC-9440cn (hard to pass up a color laser unit at the same price as the 8460 B/W unit!).
Summary: This is a great product and I am very pleased with it so far. As other reviewers have already mentioned, it is rather on the large side. BUT-it is performing wonderfully! I am still trying to figure out how to get my pencil markings darker on the page.
Summary: Great printer, but when its out of toner, its out and won't print. Even the ol' shake the toner and reinstall doesn't work too well. So keep an extra set. And when 1 color goes, they'll all go. But quality is wonderful. You won't be dissappointed.
Summary: We bought this machine for a small office (only 3 people) with heavy fax and scanning. Overall it was very easy to set up and we were printing on it in an hour. We've had some issues setting up the networking, but we believe that it's a problem in the way our network is set up.
Summary: A good all-around multipurpose machine. Prints come out nice, fast and relatively quiet for black/white and color but struggles a bit in quality with photo realistic prints. Setup is a breeze and simple to use. It's a bulky unit and may require more ...
Summary: After reviewing HP, Epson and Brother, I settled on the Brother MFC-9400cn. I was concerned because I'm using Windows Vista Ulitmate, which nothing seems to work easily, if at all, but had absolutely zero problems with the Brother MFC. Setup was simple. I am very pleased with the product.
