Excerpt: I have had the 9340 for about 6 weeks. I have done scans from the PC printer driver, from both the bed and the feeder. Works great. I need to find the Insert hooks in Word though to test that. I have not tried duplex yet so i can not comment on it. The printing has been fast, relatively quiet and good looking. I have not tried photographs, but with my previous printers, photographs on plain paper are for utility purposes not a scrapbook!
Excerpt: I am very happy with the printer. I have printer a number of pictures and they are very clear and the color turned out also very clear. I am not always needing to buy ink. I know the ink that came with the printer is not a full one but have already done lots of printing and soon have to replace some.
Excerpt: What do you do when your office printer dies and you need another before morning? Staples of course! Taking the specs from the current printer I had and doing a comparison, within 20 minutes I knew I wanted this model. We have had it for over a month and no complaints! We are a Mac & PC friendly office, and set up was simple!First, it is quick to install, love wi-fi.
Excerpt: It is a laser printer and that is what I wanted. It does print duplex and color, which is what I wanted. It will print envelopes as well as labels, however only one sheet at a time fed manually, which is not what I wanted. The first print speed is slower that what I would like but I can live with it. The duplex is a slow process and I can't imagine the time involved to print 150 pages duplex.
Excerpt: This is the 5th wireless Brother printer we have. They have all worked well - until now. This printer constantly goes off-line. I have no idea why this happens - and it is sporadic. One day it works fine, the next the print queue fills up and nothing prints until I poke around with the machine. I'm not even sure what I should be doing to reset it and get it back on-line. Brother support is awful.
Excerpt: I purchased this printer for the wireless and color capability. It is wonderful in both respects. Wireless through my Microsoft Surface was immediately available through my router--no fuss, no work involved setting it up. As for the color--my goal was to replace my HP inkjet printer for the few times that I actually need color. Do not use the inkjet for photos anyway, but I tested this color laser on two really colorful photos on plain paper and was very impressed!
Excerpt: I had a Brothers all in one years ago that I would consider as mediocre. After days of shopping online reading reviews of other brand names and comparing prices, I decided to go with this Brothers Laser All in One. This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Even if you are not tech savvy this product is perfect.
