!!!!!! DO NOT BUY !!!!!!

Tammy, Amazon
26 August 2013
  • Summary: DO NOT BUY the Brother MFC-9325cw. It is a horrible printer and money sucker!! It is slow to print and makes horrible color copies. Actually it makes horrible black and white copies also. Worst of all, you have to keep replacing parts all the time. On average a toner cartridge will last 2 weeks. A few days after putting a new one in and it will start to say its already low. Then it locks the machine from doing anything till your replace it.

Two wrongs don't make a right

Eric H., Newegg
30 April 2013
  • Summary: I have tried two printers, both giving me the same result. I was hoping to avoid HP due to poor experiences with the company in the past. However Brother was a very bad choice. When I took the prints I made to OfficeMax, where I purchased this, they were certain it was a faulty model. Since lightening as struck twice, maybe not.
  • Pros: Easy to install software
  • Cons: Lines run through print

Stay Away

Gabe, Amazon
23 January 2013
  • Summary: This is now my second Brother laser printer. The first was not a multi-function, but "tired out" after 5 months. By this, I mean it would no longer feed paper of any sort through the tray, but would jam unless the back door was open. Eventually this died, and produced poor coloring. This model was purchased for office use in August 2012. It is now January 2013, and the printer is useless.

HORRIBLE COPYING and TONER HUNGRY

Sal Arce, Amazon
1 November 2012
  • Summary: We own a black and white brother wireless laster printer that is INCREDIBLE. I had hoped for the same when we purchased this machine, and although it prints very well from the computer or a USB, it is a HORRIBLE, AWFUL, TERRIBLE copy machine. You should definitely wait until brother does a refresh on this machine.

Avoid this Extortionate Printer

Amazon Customer, Amazon
25 September 2012
  • Summary: We all know how the usual printer scam works. Printer companies offer a low price for their hardware to lock you into buying their highly profitable ink and toner cartridges. Then, their printers complain about low ink and toner levels long before the cartridge is really empty to try to encourage even greater use of expensive consumables. Thus, a savvy user waits until printer quality noticeably degrades.

potentially great printer but with several serious flaws

Norm Constantine, Amazon
25 June 2012
  • Summary: fast, reliable, high quality prints and scans, and well-made and sturdy, should be five stars. but, several serious flaws -- first, as with other brother printers I've used, it emits a really strong toner smell when it prints, so be sure to have good ventilation, I keep mine by an open window. second, it's very noisy, not just when printing but when idling as well.

Almost Caught on Fire!

FreeMinded "FM", Amazon
14 April 2012
  • Summary: I am revising my previous "positive 5 star review" to 1 star, as everything about this printer looked and performed well, until today, when it almost set a paper inside of it on fire! Here's what happened, 1. I started to print a multi-paged document. 2. Printer said there's a paper jam, to open top cover. Upon opening top cover, I didn't see a paper in there, but smelled something burning, thought it was just printer heat. 3.

terrible allaround product

Jon H., Newegg
28 March 2012
  • Pros: Vivid pictures
  • Cons: This product gave me such a bad experience,...software sucks . Toner cartridges didn't even print 150 prints! $280 worth of 2000-page-rated color cartridges later,....even fewer out of the new cartridges! Duplexing is literally, click to print, wait for it to print, and then click to print the other side, and manually feed other side FOR EACH COPY, ONE COPY AT A TIME! Oh, and another thing, I never got even close to 19 pages per min! Best I got was 9/min!My inkjet.out...
