Summary: DO NOT BUY the Brother MFC-9325cw. It is a horrible printer and money sucker!! It is slow to print and makes horrible color copies. Actually it makes horrible black and white copies also. Worst of all, you have to keep replacing parts all the time. On average a toner cartridge will last 2 weeks. A few days after putting a new one in and it will start to say its already low. Then it locks the machine from doing anything till your replace it.
Summary: We own a black and white brother wireless laster printer that is INCREDIBLE. I had hoped for the same when we purchased this machine, and although it prints very well from the computer or a USB, it is a HORRIBLE, AWFUL, TERRIBLE copy machine. You should definitely wait until brother does a refresh on this machine.
Summary: We all know how the usual printer scam works. Printer companies offer a low price for their hardware to lock you into buying their highly profitable ink and toner cartridges. Then, their printers complain about low ink and toner levels long before the cartridge is really empty to try to encourage even greater use of expensive consumables. Thus, a savvy user waits until printer quality noticeably degrades.
potentially great printer but with several serious flaws

Summary: fast, reliable, high quality prints and scans, and well-made and sturdy, should be five stars. but, several serious flaws -- first, as with other brother printers I've used, it emits a really strong toner smell when it prints, so be sure to have good ventilation, I keep mine by an open window. second, it's very noisy, not just when printing but when idling as well.
Summary: I am revising my previous "positive 5 star review" to 1 star, as everything about this printer looked and performed well, until today, when it almost set a paper inside of it on fire! Here's what happened, 1. I started to print a multi-paged document. 2. Printer said there's a paper jam, to open top cover. Upon opening top cover, I didn't see a paper in there, but smelled something burning, thought it was just printer heat. 3.
