Summary: A have this printer since Dec 2009. The test page prints in perfect color but when I color copy or print pictures the colors are weak. This printer doesn't do automatic duplex printing, although you can do it manually. I'd say that's its main downfall if duplex printing is something you frequently do. If you don't, then this machine is really impressive in all other respects. The manual feeder up front is very troublesome (-1star).
Summary: First, let me make my perspective clear. I bought this printer (was on sale with a big discount) mainly for kids school work that often require color print but not at photographic quality, so this one fits the need perfectly. We print very lightly., After nearly a whole year, we print no more than 300 pages. This also works as the family scanner and copier. Now the pros. Wireless network works wonderfully, for both printing and scanning.
Summary: This machine, in my opinion, is perfect for a small home based business. We have had the unit for over a month now and still have not used up the ink in the starter cartridges that came with it.
Summary: Have had this printer about 6 months now - it gets used in my home office and for other home uses. Haven't had any problems (although I am just about to have to replace the black toner). Very sporadic use, I might not print anything for a week and then print out several hundreds of pages in a couple days. This killed all my inkjets as the cartridges dried out in between printings, but the laser doesn't seem to care how long it sits idle.
Summary: We've had this printer about a month. It was very easy to set-up and easy to use. I like being able to print my envelopes. Also being wireless and able to print from both our desk top and our laptop is a great plus. We are very happy with our purchase.
Summary: It is a nice machine. The only problem is that it does not work with my old D-Link wireless router. It recognizes the router but the connection fails; resetting the router and modem did not help. Apparently, other people have similar issues. It works with a new TP-Link router that I borrowed from a friend, and so I am getting a new router.
Summary: Only have had this printer for about three weeks, so still not done discovering all its potential. So far, though, it has proven to be an excellent buy. Prints quickly, pretty quietly, and very clearly. Scans very well too. And it was a breeze to set up for wireless printing from a Windows laptop as well as a Macbook. It may be too soon to tell, but at this point, this definitely looks like a keeper. Good price too.
Summary: I needed a color machine that could do it and I needed it in a hurry. After searching reviews on a number of all-in-one machines I decided on the Brother MFC-9320CW. I am happy with my decision and fully recommend this product. Good software package was enclosed and quality is better than I expected. Amazon.com had an excellent price too.
Summary: I certainly haven't regretted buying this printer, and in retrospect, it's been a pretty faithful servant of our new business. Great color rendition. Good speed. Great scanner/software. Good fax logic. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this printer. I kick myself for not buying the duplexing version though. It would have been perfect had I.
