Summary: We have had absolutely nothing but trouble since buying this PoS. Connected through our LAN to Windows 7 PC's and a new iMac. At least once a week the computers lose the connection to the printer. At first we uninstalled and re-installed on the PC where it failed to communicate, which took forever. Now we fix it by pulling the power cord for two minutes then plugging back in. We are completely unable to scan from the iMac.
Summary: I have been trying to work with this machine for 3 months now and I spend more time trying to trouble shoot than to print. The colors are completely off - my green prints as dark teal and it's constantly splashing random black dots all over the page. It jams consistently and takes forever to warm up again. The worse part is the customer support at Brother.
