I like it.

Elise, Staples
18 December 2014
  • Excerpt: It's fast on the scanning which I love and saves me valuable time. I've only had it about 4 weeks but it's been working well. It is a big machine though. The 2 trays are not really trays, one is a 500 ream tray and the is exposed and just holds some paper. Overall, a good machine.

Printers

Rick, Staples
18 December 2014
  • Excerpt: We have found this line up of Brother printers to be advantageous to our particular needs. Part of our requirement it to have a laser printer in order to print payroll checks. We started with a Brother laser printer several years ago and still have the original printer in service (although it keeps...

Good value, easy to install drivers

Data Pro, Amazon
3 December 2014
  • Summary: Love the high capacity toner option. Speed is OK at best. Had to reset networking on the unit once after about 2 months, networking started having intermittent outages and then complete failure. Reset on the front panel of printer quickly, reconfigured and it has worked perfectly ever since.

Great value, OK software, does the job

PL "PL", Amazon
15 October 2014
  • Summary: Excellent value for a MFC with color touch screen duplexer and high capacity tray. Installation went smoothly and everything was up and running in less than an hour. The touch screen audio feedback beeper is annoying (can be turned off) and Fax configuration is a little non-standard (I wanted the...

AQUATOM, Amazon
6 September 2014
  • Summary: If you do not have the correct USB cable "BUY IT" you will need this cable to make life very easy in setting this up on your wireless network. Without the cable "GOOD LUCK"!! I like the speed of duplexing (scans top and bottom on one pass) also the 550 sheet feeder upgradeable to 1000 sheets and the...

Great printer, haven't really made it sweat yet.

Carl D. Willis-Ford, Amazon
26 August 2014
  • Summary: 4.5 stars. Very happy with this printer. I looked at a lot of printers, because I was upgrading for my home office and wanted scanner/copier capability. I looked at color lasers, but wasn't happy with the operational costs. I have an ink-jet that I'll use for the rare times I need color.

Two Plus Hours To Set Up WiFi - Brother Printer MFC-8950DW Monochrome Laser Printer

Govtman, Amazon
19 May 2014
  • Summary: Firstly, this is my first Brother printer that I've ever had. I've had three Canon PIXMAs that have all died on me. I had called Canon to let them know about the death of their 3rd printer and they offered me a 25% loyalty discount.

Brother All-in-One Printer

David Marciel, Amazon
1 April 2014
  • Summary: The machine has many desirable features and, in general, does what it is supposed to do. However, the documents received with the machine and what I have found so far still leave some questions unanswered regarding some of the functions and set-up options.

Armin "aahaa!", Amazon

  • Summary: I bought 3 of them for our office so that tells you how highly I think of this printer. This is a heavy-duty mono laser Multi Function Printer great for a small office or in my case department sections.

Great printer for price

Julie Jansett, Amazon
21 February 2014
  • Summary: This is the second Brother MFC8950 we've purchased for our small business. The first one lasted 18 months, but the only issue was the rollers, it was taking too many papers and jamming, or not taking anything thicker than plain paper and jamming.
